Touki currently uses a bootstrap proof-of-authority validator architecture. That model supports the present public network, but it is not the same as broad, permissionless validator decentralization.
Developers remain anonymous at this stage. The public project history records material architecture and policy changes, and its first manifest hash is anchored on Touki Blockchain for timestamp evidence.
