1. Information we process

Public blockchain data (addresses, transactions, balances) is inherently public and is not private information we control.

For website features we may process limited technical data such as IP address and browser type. Touki Checkers processes signed wallet sessions, public wallet balances, moves, match results, daily participation, and prize transaction records to operate the game and prevent duplicate sponsored matches. During the ended airdrop, a first-party session cookie saved participant progress; Telegram verification processed the Telegram identifier and username, and X authorization processed the authenticated account identifier and username. The immutable X account identifier may be retained for duplicate-prevention and historical-record purposes; temporary access tokens were not stored.

If you affirmatively allow optional tracking on the network-education page, Meta Pixel processes limited visit data such as the page URL, browser and device information, IP address, referrer, and Meta cookie identifiers. Touki does not send wallet addresses, payment details, form entries, token amounts, or purchase events through this Pixel configuration.

When you contact support or subscribe to email updates, we process your email address, optional name, request or consent timestamps, and the information you choose to provide.

2. How we use information

To operate and secure the Services, prevent abuse and duplicate airdrop claims, verify social tasks, answer support requests, send email updates you explicitly requested, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Third parties

Telegram verification uses the Telegram Bot API under its terms. X follow verification uses X OAuth and the X API under their terms. Resend processes email delivery, confirmation, suppression, and unsubscribe events on our behalf. Meta processes optional education-page measurement data only after affirmative consent. Price and network data may be retrieved from third-party providers. We do not sell personal data.

4. Cookies

We use strictly-necessary first-party cookies. Optional Meta measurement cookies are enabled on the network-education page only after affirmative consent. See the Cookie Policy for details.

5. Data retention & your rights

We retain airdrop and anti-abuse records for as long as necessary to enforce one-claim rules and meet legal requirements. Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data; contact us to exercise them.

Email consent records are retained as evidence of your request. You can withdraw consent through the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact support to request deletion.

It is not a registered legal entity and does not claim authorization, licensing, endorsement, or approval from a financial or digital-asset regulator.
