Last updated: July 11, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing blocktouki.com, scan.blocktouki.com, rpc.blocktouki.com, or any related interface (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Touki Blockchain is a community technology project. Update this document with your registered legal entity name, jurisdiction of incorporation, registered address, and compliance contact before relying on it commercially. This page is provided for information only and is not legal advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use blockchain services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all laws that apply to you.
The Services are not offered to persons located in, or resident of, jurisdictions where digital-asset activities are restricted or prohibited. See the Prohibited Jurisdictions & Eligibility policy.
3. Nature of the Services
Touki Blockchain is a decentralized network and set of tools. TOUKI is a native network utility token used to pay fees and interact with the network. Nothing in the Services is an offer of securities, investment advice, or a promise of profit or future value.
Token creation, purchases, and airdrops are self-directed actions. You are solely responsible for the assets you create, buy, hold, or transfer.
4. Wallets and self-custody
You are responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and recovery phrases. We never take custody of your keys and cannot recover lost keys or reverse confirmed transactions.
5. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful activity, fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or to infringe the rights of others, and not to attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the Services except as permitted by law.
6. No warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Blockchain networks can experience downtime, forks, congestion, and bugs.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project, its contributors, and operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost assets arising from your use of the Services.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
