1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and legally permitted to use digital-asset services where you live.
2. Restricted locations
The Services, including purchases and the airdrop, are not offered to persons in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions or where digital-asset activity is prohibited. Operators may add restrictions at their discretion.
Touki has not published jurisdiction-specific legal advice or a claim that purchases are permitted in every country. Do not use a purchase service if digital-asset activity is prohibited where you live or if you are uncertain about its legality.
3. Your responsibility
By using the Services you represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, a restricted jurisdiction and are not on any sanctions list.
