Responsible Marketing Policy
How the Touki project communicates about its token and network.

1. Honest communication
We do not promise profits, guaranteed returns, or price increases. We avoid misleading urgency and "get rich" claims. All promotional material must include clear risk warnings.
2. No affiliation claims
We do not claim endorsement, approval, listing, or partnership with any exchange, regulator, or third party unless it is true and documented. References to exchanges (for example, that a wallet can withdraw assets on a given network) describe technical compatibility only, not endorsement.
3. Community conduct
Community members and affiliates must follow this policy when promoting Touki, including in referral and airdrop campaigns.
4. Permission-based email
Marketing email is sent only after explicit consent and email confirmation. Every campaign includes an unsubscribe option, and bounced, complained, unsubscribed, or suppressed recipients must not be contacted again.
